Made in the USA from mostly yearly renewable raw materials. Depending on the dough formulation, a non-stick spray is recommended - any commercially available non-stick bakeware spray is fine. These single use, dual ovenable (microwave and oven) pans are good up to 420°F and are the perfect disposable pie pan for home and commercial bakery use.  Product designed for low moisture applications only.  Bake, freeze, ship, deliver, reheat and serve in one environmentally engineered pan!

With performance to match competitive cooking options such as coated paper, metal and /or dual ovenable CPET, Biosphere® pans and trays will help bakers do their part for the environment by conserving water and energy used to wash dishes and trays and reducing the amount of dishwashing detergent that is discharged in waterways. Being completely compostable, Biosphere® products also offer a more environmentally friendly option to traditional disposable trays and pans.
